How Do I Send An Order As A Gift To Someone?
You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would place an order for yourself. When you enter the 'checkout', replace your default address details with the receiver's information and the goods will be delivered there without affecting your default details for future orders. You may indicate that the order is a gift by clicking the box provided. We will send the receipt with the goods to the lucky person without the prices shown. If you want - you can add a message to go with your gift (max 250 characters) and it will be sent with the parcel. We do require a contact name, phone number and address of the gift recipient, in case there are problems during delivery. Only under extreme circumstances would we contact the recipient, as we know in most cases the parcel is a surprise present.
E-Vouchers
How Do I Send An E-Voucher?
You can now purchase Peter Alexander E-Vouchers for your friends & family. They can be sent either 'electronically' through e-mail, or as a hard copy sent through the post.
When the voucher is sent 'electronically', it is forwarded to the receiver's e-mail address and can be redeemed using the secret code which is enclosed within the e-mail. If you do prefer to have a hard copy of the E-Voucher sent through the post, we can forward on a picture postcard to yourself or the receiver. To have an E-Voucher sent, you need to call us on 1300 366 683 and we will be happy to look after this for you.
You can Purchase an E-Voucher(s) Online. When you 'Checkout' to pay for them, you will be asked to enter the receiver's E-mail address, name and a short message (max 250 characters). The voucher e-mail will be sent after the payment process is completed. You can also combine an order of sleepwear for yourself while sending an E-Voucher to others. The vouchers are sent as E-mails and your order of sleepwear is sent to you. Easy!!!
How Are The E-Vouchers Redeemed?
E-Vouchers can be redeemed through this site at any time using the secret code that is sent with the certificate e-mail. They can also be redeemed if placing a phone order. Again, the secret code must be provided at the time of payment to your phone operator.
- E-Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are issued in Australian dollars.
- E-Vouchers purchased through the Internet and Call Centre can only be redeemed through these channels and cannot be redeemed through our Stores.
If you wish, you can use a portion of the voucher and leave the rest for later, or add to the amount with your credit card.
Do I Have To Use The Total Amount Of The E-Voucher At Once?
No! You can use a portion of the voucher with one order and the remaining amount can be used with another order at another time, within 1 year from the purchase date. The amount is kept in our system automatically until you wish to use it. You can also use a portion of the voucher and split the order amount with a credit card (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex).

A Gift Card is a plastic card which may contain any pre-purchased amount that is redeemable in any Peter Alexander Retail Store and Online. Gift Cards can be purchased in-store, via our call center and over the internet. The value remaining on the card can be checked online anytime

How to use the Gift Card:
How to purchase a gift card
You can purchase gift cards of set values between $25 and $200. Cards are active once your purchase has been completed through the point of sale in-store. You cannot purchase a gift card as part of a lay-by sale. Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
Purchasing with your gift card
You can purchase any item in store or online using your gift card. Give the gift card to the sales assistant when making your purchase instore. You will need to scratch the panel covering the access code and enter this number when prompted by the sales assistant, or when completing your checkout process via the online store. Once the transaction has been completed your gift card balance will be reduced by the purchase amount.
You can use your gift card as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.
We will not refund cash for any unused gift card amount.
Checking card balance and transaction history
You can either check the balance of your card online or in-store. Every time you make a purchase in-store the receipt will show you the previous balance, transaction value and remaining balance. You can check your transaction history online or by contacting us on AUSTRALIA - 1800 229 688 and NEW ZEALAND - 0800 023 522.
Gift card expiry
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on your receipt, on the back of the gift card or online.
Lost and stolen gift cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Lost and stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift cards with no value
Once the gift card has been fully redeemed, it cannot be reused.
Accepting foreign currency gift cards
You cannot purchase or redeem Peter Alexander New Zealand gift cards in Australia and cannot purchase or redeem Peter Alexander Australian gift cards in New Zealand.

This gift card (“card”) is issued by Peter Alexander Pty Ltd (“Peter Alexander”) ABN 48 091 296 776. A defaced, mutilated,
altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card once activated is: redeemable for merchandise at Peter Alexander stores
in Australia; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of the expiry date shown on the card (being one year
from date of issue) or when no amount remains on the card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount.
Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
