Do I Need To Be A Member?

You don't need to be a member to place an order with us, however our members (with Australian mailing addresses) receive our famous catalogues through the mail, and are able to place orders online enjoying a quick 'checkout' and many other benefits.

If you are not a member and wish to place an order online you can either register with us before you place an order, or you can continue as a guest shopper through our checkout if your order is to be delivered to an Australian address.

Overseas deliveries can only be made by registered customers.

What Are The Benefits Of Becoming A Member?

All orders made can be viewed online after you have signed in whether you have purchased online or over the phone. You can change your password for increased security, and reset it if you have forgotten it. We have a new step by step 'checkout', which takes you slowly through simple screens to pay for your order and get it delivered where you want. Members enjoy a quicker checkout process with pre-entered delivery details. With discounts in delivery and online promotions, it is much better to shop online as a member. Remember that an operator is only a phone call away (during office hours).

I Already Receive Catalogues, Can I Shop Online As A Member?

You sure can, all you need is an E-mail address. If we don't have your e-mail address attached to your membership, you should call us on 1300 366 683 to activate online shopping to your membership first.

If you think we DO have your E-mail address attached to your membership, you will need a password to access your account securely. You can Reset Your Password for your account, with the new password being sent to your E-mail address. You can then use the new password to 'sign in' and shop. If you register again on this site, you may lose customer privileges that maybe offered to you in the future, as it will create a new membership number for you and all your past order information and history will be lost.

Have You Forgotten Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can Reset Your Password at any time. You will need to remember your 'user name' (which is also your E-mail address) that was used when you created your account. A new password will be sent to you via E-mail.

Hint: It is best to change your password to something easy to remember.

Important: E-mail addresses must be unique in our system, therefore, you can not register again with the same e-mail address. We send out receipt and order tracking information when you place an order. If you give us the wrong e-mail address, this information will not get to you.
